A dedicated team is assigned to each client for efficient project management. To maintain transparent and consistent communication, we create a WhatsApp group that includes senior management from both sides, keeping everyone updated on the progress.
Our team works closely with all relevant departments to collect critical data for various modules, such as Student Management, Fee Management, Examination, HR Management, Library Management, and more is meticulously gathered to ensure nothing is overlooked.
Once all data is collected, our team ensures that it is accurately entered into the ERP system. This step prepares the software for deployment, ensuring it is up-to-date and fully functional according to the institution's specific needs.
After data entry, the ERP system is deployed into your institution’s operations. This phase ensures the software integrates seamlessly and begins functioning efficiently, providing real-time results without disruption.
We provide comprehensive, hands-on training sessions for faculty and staff, ensuring they are comfortable and confident in using the ERP system. Our training is designed to be practical and user-friendly, enabling a smooth transition to the new system. Dedicated support is also available to address queries and provide solutions to challenges during the transition period.
To ensure the system remains updated and fully functional, we offer an Annual Maintenance Service, this includes weekly backups, regular security updates, troubleshooting, and ongoing support to keep the ERP system performing at its best.
